More compact and lighter version of our ATC-Guide, the ATC-Alpine Guide is designed for mountain climbs. With only 73 grams, this inspection/recall device is optimized for strings from 8.1 to 8.5 millimeters in diameter, but works with ropes from 6.9 to 9 mm. The oval anchoring hole allows you to easily feed and pull the rope, and the guide mode of the device allows you to ensure one or two climbers detached from an anchor. The different friction modes offer optimal stop power during descents and reminders.
