How can I book my equipment?

Visit the rental menu To carry out a rental of equipment, skis, or splitboards. If you have any questions or have difficulties, do not hesitate to call the shop at(418) 764-1671 for help. To confirm your rental, you will need to pay the total amount of the invoice. Once all settled, you will receive a confirmation email.


How and when can I get my equipment?


You can recover your equipment (during the opening hours of the store) on the first day of your rental. Plan about thirty minutes to try the boots and adjust your equipment. In addition, you will need to fill out a rental form.


If you would like to get your rental the day before, it will be possible to do it IF The equipment has not already left for rent on this day. Please Contact us to confirm.


When can I return my equipment?


You will be able to return the material out of the opening hours of the store thanks to the deposit of 24h hardware. Make sure you put all the equipment back when returning. Losses will be charged to the customer.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes.In the event that you should cancel your reservation;

  • The totality of the invoice will be refunded if it is canceled 7 days before The first rental day.
  • 50% of the invoice will be refunded if the invoice is canceled More than 48 hours in advance.
  • No fees will be refunded if the invoice is canceled Less than 48 hours in advance.
