Returns in store:
If you have bought an item in store, you can turn it over Within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date of receipt of your order for items purchased online.
You will have to have your invoice in hand, the labels and the original packaging. You can exchange your items, obtain an applicable credit note in store and online or a refund if your item was a Product at regular prices. Only 1 possible exchange.
No refund is made following the purchase of a discount item.
Returns by post:
- Contact us to get your return number.
- Return the item that does not suit you in a box or ship bag with the original packaging, the labels and the invoice.
- Send us the article to the following address:
158 B Route du Parc, Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, QC, G4V2V2, Canada.
- Place the package at the post office closest to you. Lthe postal costs are assumed by the customer.
Upon receipt of your package, we will issue a credit note (gift card) of the amount of your order. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your credit note.
Conditions for online feedback:
- YOU must communicate with us To get a return number. Any article shipped without a return number will be refused and re -expressed to the customer at their expense.
All products must be returned to Caroune Ski Shop in perfect condition and meet these criteria:
- Have the original labels
- Not having been worn or used
- Be clean and not damaged
If the articles (s) shipped do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If necessary, the product (s) will be returned to the customer's expense.
