Description:
The Freeraider 15 EVO is a fixing designed to allow you to think only of skiing. What differentiates it from other ATK fixings are its highest trigger values in our range and the freedom to fully express your power, thanks to the Freeride space included. Like her sister, the Raider 13 EVO, it is the adjustable trigger value of the TOE Piece that distinguishes it from all the other pins on the market, but let's see what the other unique characteristics it has to offer.

Tip:

  • A revolutionary play with an adjustable trigger value. For the first time in the history of pin bindings, the toes have no fixed trigger value. Why is it important? Because toe parts with a default value guarantee average retention which therefore works better when the heel unit is also set to average release values. What happens when we move away from these median values? When the settings are low, the point of the shoe provides most of the maintenance, while when the settings are high, it is the heel that makes the largest of the work. But now, thanks to the new ATK technology, the front and rear of the fixation are equally collaborating in the management of triggers.
  • Aluminum Snowpack Proof System: This system prevents snow and ice debris from accumulating under the moving parts of the tip.
  • Uphill Hardness Variator: a system that allows you to adjust the rigidity of the loss of the paw in mounted mode.
  • Easy Entry System: geometries carefully studied to facilitate entry into the shoe.
  • Included toe wedges: when installed under the tips, these accessories reduce the elevation between the heel and the 4 mm tip, which makes it possible to obtain a more neutral position.
  • Integrated crawling support.

Heel Piece:

  • Evo Brake System: One hand is enough to manage the ski brake. By turning the head of the 180 degree fixings, the ski brake is activated and the fixing goes from the mode mounted in downhill mode. At this point, just get involved to start having fun. Similarly, just turn again and press the heel of the shoe on the rear plate to lock the ski brake in position and start the climb.
  • The head of the fixing can now rotate up to 25 degrees to absorb the constraints before returning to position. Compared to previous models, where the maximum angle was 16 degrees, this wider rotation guarantees better absorption of energy thanks to better recall action in the center.
  • Cam Release System: Our characteristic patented system contributes to an effortless implementation and guarantees an amazing torsion rigidity.
  • Power platforms included: new aluminum plates bring only two additional grams while considerably reducing the use of plastic and improving both the sustainability and the colorful presence of your fixings.
  • Elastic Response System: This system guarantees precise triggers and optimal skis performance by facilitating their natural flexion, which improves downhill performance.
  • Magneto heel flaps: the ingenious mechanism that manages the heel flaps using two different magnets. Comfortable and precise even when used with sticks.
  • Freeride spacer included for better transmission of power.
  • Up to 25 mm length adjustment.

Performing through Lightness:
Our base, our roots. Atk took its first steps in this industry by developing light racing bindings, and today as yesterday, lightness is the key to achieving what athletes are looking for: speed. It is therefore easy to understand why "lightness performance" was the mantra that accompanied Atk's growth in its first years.

While our role in the universe of ski-alinism was starting to evolve, we needed a certain stabilization, because it is easy to lose control during a growth phase, just as it is easy to get carried away by the events. This is why we decided to keep our roots stable, not to change our approach to activity and, in the end, not to put web on the wheels on the site
.

In fact, while expanding our catalog to include the Speed Touring, Touring and Free Touring categories, we remained faithful to our commitment to allow an ever wider range of mountaineer skiers to achieve performance thanks to lightness.

Sustainability :
Made from high quality materials designed to withstand the rigors of ski backcountry
, the Freeraider 15 EVO offers exceptional sustainability and reliability. Its reinforced components and well thought out construction guarantee its longevity, for peace of mind during your most demanding adventures.
