Store collection policy
We offer store collection for free. At the time of the checkout, you must select the withdrawal tab in the store. When your order is ready to be recovered, we will notify you by email and/or phone. Please note that two photo identity cards will be required when recovering a store order.
Delivery policy
We offer delivery free at Canada on all orders of $ 150 and more before taxes.
Be aware that a fixed shipping costs of $ 30 Added to the sale of over-dimensional equipment (skis, splitboards, snowboards and sticks). Over-dimensions are 1m and more long. You will receive an invoice following your purchase online and once this shipping invoice paid, we will send you your package.
Please note that your order will be processed as quickly as possible is within a period of time maximum of two (2) working days.
Once your order is placed, you can follow it with the tracking number offered by the carrier.
